Siciid Shire is a Senior Planner with more than ten years of public-sector experience. He focuses on master planning and works closely with communities, agencies, and partners to shape projects that are practical, accessible, and genuinely useful to the people they serve.

He brings to CUSI a strong mix of policy insight, planning expertise, and on-the-ground community engagement. His work includes major efforts such as the Upper Harbor Terminal redevelopment in North Minneapolis and the North Mississippi Regional Park Plan. These projects combined housing, mobility, ecology, and public space, and reflect his ability to move large, complex planning efforts forward while keeping community priorities at the center.

Siciid holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and a master’s degree in Public Administration.
